Fusion Wine Bar originated from a love of Vietnamese cuisine and a passion for bringing people together over exceptional wine. Our small plates are inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors of Vietnam — fresh herbs, rich sauces, and time-honored techniques — reimagined with local California ingredients and a modern Pleasanton sensibility.
